RETURN & EXCHNAGES

  •  Return or Exchanges are accepted within 7 Days from the date of delivery.
  • Return pickups will be attempted within 24-48 Hours from the date of the request.
  • A maximum of two pickup attempts will be made.
  • Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.

REFUND PROCESS

For COD Orders

  • Refund will be processed once our team receives and checks the return product.
  • You will be notified by email once your COD Order payment is returned.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

  • Item must be in their orignal condition with intact tags.
  • Product that are visibly used , worn or returned in poor condition will not qualify for a refund.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

To maintain hygiene standards, returns are not acceptable for the following product categories :

  • Accessories 
  • Sunglasses 
  • Perfumes

Note : VELVETONS reserves the right to update the product categories excluded from this policy without prior notice.

REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS

  • Orders placed during promotional offers like BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or Other similar deals that include free products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

SELF- SHIPPING FOR RETURNS

  • If reverse pickup services are unavailable in your area , you"ll need to ship the product(s) to following address :

Shipping Information

  • Pack the items securely to prevent loss & damage during transit.
  • include your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.

Note : Avoid using The Professional Couriers , as we do not accept shipment from them, We recommended Speed Post for reliable service.

  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate bank account details for refunds. VELVETONS is not liable for errors in the provide details.

If you've received delivery confirmation but haven’t received the package , report it within 24 hours
